Le carte ancora oggi usate per i gustosi alimenti del mercato diventano carte da lettera e quaderni in cui conservare pensieri, immagini, progetti, idee che vanno mantenuti freschi.
EP uses packaging food cards as a tool to talk about the historical markets of Palermo, precarious realities, in transformation. The papers still used for the tasty foods of the market become letter papers and notebooks in which to store thoughts, images, projects, ideas that must be kept fresh.
